Thanks a lot. It's nice to be out of the flashback and into the main storyline again. I really did get into #90 - the one with the Cleric and the horses in the background. That really came together nice. The next scene coming up (once I quickly finish off L'Odium waking up and getting back to reality) will involve the king who we met earlier - and we'll learn a LOT about the state of things.

I just had to comment, because on this page it was particularly noticable...

Your grasp on anatomy is truly breathtaking. I have never, ever seen someone draw a person so realistically before. I have never felt that I could actually reach out and touch a character, and expect to feel real flesh beneath my fingers. Your style is amazing and I love the detail you put into each and every page. I'm so glad I found this webcomic. :]

It is nice to learn more about the context of the story; also I really like Gailann's character for some reason. Nice scenery too.

There are two things that I like about today's update.

1) It appears that you're subverting the info-dump from the elderly mentor/person sent to watch over the "hero", or protagonist.

2) I like Andrea's attempts, first subtle and then not so subtle, to tell Gailann to quit his bitching and start doing things for himself.

Happy 100th page anniversary! Cue the confettis!

By the way I think the sentence in the middle panel should read "...whatever dark agenda he and this high father are plotting."

So, Thumm is not just a creepy little man of unknown skill and intentions but a rather powerful magic user. Still, I'm sure that he has his own agenda even if he appears to be currently working for the somewhat good guys.

Indeed, he is apparently powerful enough to compel Rosenthaler to ask for his skills, even though they do not seem particularly fond of each other.

A number of other questions about him are still unanswered: Did he know Rita was going to be attacked? Did he know that the cleric has a magic-proof assassin at his disposal? If so, could that be reason enough not to accompany Rita, at the risk of angering Rosenthaler?

Well, I have to agree with Gailann. I did not expect that. I expected them to have had some sort of relationship in the past, but not in the present.

I'm betting she said that at least in part to wierd out Gailann, but then what does he think people do in their dreams? Even though she is a relatively new character, Andrea's wit and wisdom are making her my favourite.
